About the Job
=> Analyze business potential, execute strategies to drive sales, augment sales quota and attain defined goals.
=> Sales canvassing / prospecting / Enquiry generation by targeting leading Architects, Structural consultants, PMC etc.
=> Focusing upon new projects / expansions proposed in the region by gathering pertinent information from nodal agencies / Govt institutions having data base of such MOUs.
=> Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets.
=> Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
=> Generate market intelligence report for strategizing sales activities in the region.
=> Mapping effectively competitor activities to devise counter effective tools for closing of deals.
=> Filling up Data for quote
=> Coordinate with other departments for accurate estimation viz. Engineering office, Tender cell, CSD, Commercial, Construction, PMC etc.
=> Negotiating with the end user for realization of lead into a deal.
=> Project management by means of processing job documents and then monitoring the project progression and taking corrective measures thereof.
=> Accomplish individual sales quota / KRA’s defined.
=> Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
=> Report to Regional Sales Manager by means of weekly reports and in person, seeking his guidance and working in close proximity to achieve desired objective.

Desired Candidate Profile
=> Qualification: B. Tech (Mechanical Engg / Ceramic)
=> Experience:  5.1 - 10.11 Years
=> Expectations: A go getter and proactive team player willing to travel extensively. Good communication & presentation skills. Goal conscious with an appetite for outracing set targets. Decision making ability with positive approach. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Knowledge of PEB technology or allied fields viz. construction industry, ability to read construction drawings efficiently to translate enquiries into Data for quote to be forwarded to Engg dept for accurate estimation. Ability to handle high valued and complex projects in the region particularly involving tender procedures. Well versed with basic computer application viz. MS package and AutoCAD drawing. Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Ability to demonstrate, interact and cooperate with all company employees.
